Al-Bannai Consulting Engineering Center (The Firm) is a professional consulting firm in the area of planning, architecture, engineering, and project management.

Established in March 1986, the firm has a history of working closely with its clients in the planning and design stages of the project.  This approach provides solution to the clients' demands and caters to the key parameters such as content, function, and economics.

In 1998, a new division, SHAL / Al-Bannai Consultants Ltd., was formed to focus on the Firm’s growing international practice in environmental and waterfront planning, marine engineering, coastal engineering and project management. SHAL / Al-Bannai Consultants Ltd. is incorporated in the Province of Ontario, Canada, and is registered with the Ministry of Finance - Consultants Department and the Environmental Protection Authority in Kuwait.

The Firm brings together a multi-disciplinary group of experienced professionals, who are qualified and fully capable of carrying out the extensive scope of projects undertaken by the Firm. This professional group is supported by well-trained technical and administrative staff and specialist consultants.

In Kuwait the firm has carried out the planning and design of a variety of upper class villas, resorts, and major multi-use development projects.
